This is Neji Hyuuga, with Madara's Mangekyou Sharingan. The reason why i did this one is because My favorite character in naruto is Neji. I also like the sharingan because it looks cool. But i dont really like the original wielders of the sharingan. Kakashi is cool too. This is my second Deviant.
